We were served by a "Trainee" waitress and was a little unsure as to her standards... Once we selected our meal requirements this was soon put 2rest...she was polite, confident, very capable and ensured a great standard of service throughout our time there... The meal and drinks were ordered and duly brought to our table very quickly and I can not fault anything that took place whilst we were in there..... I ordered 400gm rib with baked potato.. one of the others ordered smoked chicken wrap with salad..someone else ordered steak..one of the others ordered buffalo wings...the meal was served hot and freshly cooked, and whilst others seemed to have had issues here with their ordered foods...we had NONE.. The service COULD have been a little better..but as our waitress was a trainee, she was spoken with several times by supervisors who were praising or advising her throughout...but when we came to pay..we could not see out waItress anywhere...we then found out she was on a meal break and hadn't passed our bill onto someone else...soon rectified tho..and not much time was wasted.... As visitor from UK..I was surprised to find the staff so eager to assist or serve...the complaints I have read were definately NOT on display on that night WE were there...and from comments made by others around us, they also enjoyed their meal there.... MAYBE...those people complaints ingredients went on the wrong night...or maybe their expectations were a little too high for a restaurant of that nature.... A 5* night....

I'm begged often by family & friends not to complain about anything or post anything on my site. But in truth I have nothing to complain about. My partner & I always get treated so well we feel like Royalty. I love the Management & Staff. Keep up the good work keep it real and if mistakes are made, the best approach is the truth. Truth & finding solutions always keeps your customers coming back. Thank You for all the effort you and your staff go to. To make our visits to your beautiful restaurant enjoyable.
